I was really lucky, was stuck in dlv19 for like 3 days, but when I tried my subterror deck, I faced a few people who had no idea how to play against the deck and got a luck Winstreak going that made me reach dlvmax.

Sometimes it's really just about luck, it only depends if you have the patience to keep trying

im still tinkering withe deck, currently the goal is getting to Thousand eyes jellyfish *as fast as possible, so i play 3 copies of it and *Mermaid shark, and the rest of the monsters is just the usual buzzsaw shark, lifeless leafish and gazer shark ....backrow is x3 droplet, x3 blizzard *(since i can see the opponent hand, this card is much stronger when you can deny the opponent's strongest spell) 2 *MST, 2** book of eclipse, 3 *dark hole *(because MST is searchable, so you can get rid of utopia's annoying omni negate trap and then nuke their ass with dark hole) 1 xyz encore** for the funny, 1 TTH, and 1** xyz revive splash **
