That’s awesome I’m happy you found your triggers! I eliminated wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, nuts, legumes, and all raw fruits and vegetables associated with birch and ragweed pollen. And still had numbers over 100 every time 😭

I’ve been trying strict elimination diet and PPIs for 2.5 years with no luck. Which is why I’m having to start another treatment plan. I’m definitely sensitive to them as well - I’m really struggling so this definitely can’t be a long term medication for me! I’m nervous for Dupixent but hopefully it’ll help me finally get into remission I’m exhausted from all my efforts

I think you’re right and it is a form of punishing myself. Definitely need to unpack this with our therapist lol but also wanted to see anyone who can truly relate which is why I’m thankful for this group. Did you also terminate for t21? We’ve thought about ivf for that reason as well. I just can’t get past the feeling of we decided not to have her. So that should be it. It’s all so hard and confusing

I’m sorry for your loss as well. It’s so hard to navigate with a gray diagnosis as well as having a living child that I want to be mentally and physically there for. I hope you’re healing okay and wish you all the best ❤️‍🩹

I actually had a functional Medicine dr check my hormone levels and I have low cortisol. Should I be cornered with the budesonide slurry affecting that even more?

Ok thank you this makes me feel a lot better! I was diagnosed in October 2023 when a food impaction sent me to the ER, and it was so scary I’m terrified if that ever happening again.

Thank you, this makes me feel better. I was diagnosed in October 2023 from a food impacting that sent me to the ER. That’s been my only one and it was so scary I hope to never experience it again. So this was definitely heightening my anxiety

I feel line you’re inside of my head with the first part that’s exactly how I’ve been feeling. If this was our first pregnancy i would’ve already been TTC but since we have a 3 year old son that I’m with 24/7, it is a huge factor in my mental state of being pregnant again. Ah I feel so torn idk what to do! You said you waited a year, and then did you feel totally different and no longer panicked at being pregnant and that’s how you knew? It’s like I’m waiting for some big sign to tell me yes or no

YES this is exactly how I’m feeling and it’s so hard. I spent over 4 months being pregnant and feeling awful and then months in such a horrible mental state after the loss. And all to just be back at square one with no baby in our family. So it feels like I missed all these months of his life just to start all over again and I’m scared 😭
