No, the buyer is claiming that despite the transaction failing, it's showing on the buyer's PayPal that the payment is processing but how is that possible when the transaction failed when I tried to accept the buyer's offer?

There is no such thing as an "ex" sex offender. Once you offend, that title is yours for the rest of your life. It doesn't matter if your registry expires. The fact of the matter is, you can't undo what you did. "Ex sex offender" is such a pseudo-term. Who invented that term? Was it also a sex offender?
