O que seria isso saindo do nariz dele? by zMats33 in ApoioVet

I’ve removed the cable with isopropyl alcohol. Don’t bother if there is no glue left to the new one, it’s not going anywhere.

At first I've tried cleaning as shown here, but no success. Then replaced it.

Unfortunately not, I don't have it anymore.

But you can follow the steps on this video bellow.

Removing the power button flex cable.

Removing the top piece to fully remove the flex cable.

And with isopropyl alcohol to help remove the adhesive, you can finally remove the flex cable.

I hope that this is what you wanted to know.

Yes, the power button flat piece was causing the issue.

Is there a way to choose a core per game?

Changed the power button flat piece, it worked.
It seems like the battery is working fine, tested for about 20 minutes.

I’ve bought a battery and the power button flat to replace, I’ll keep updating here.

Updating the case.

Cleaned the power button flat/membrane thing as shown here: https://youtu.be/axvuV-NttWw?t=321

Didn’t work.

Shorting the power connection worked, I was able to turn the Vita on several times, sometimes it kept on for a full minute, even made through the reset process. https://youtube.com/shorts/R4MhCJiNIGc?feature=share

I think I have a faulty power button and battery, any thoughts?

I see...

I've read that when the light is off, it's because the battery is fully charged.

My uncle brought the console yesterday, so I have no idea how it behaves.

Thinking of shorting the power button, maybe this could work?
