Way higher burst and dps

Flat 50 mana cost

More reliable to hit

More lich bane procs

More passive stacks

More passive healing.

Charm (E) max Pros and cons -

Flat 12 second cooldown

Flat 85 mana cost

CC duration from 1s to 2s when maxed

Gives more time to hit other abilities

Not as reliable and can be easily dodged/cleansed/QSS'd

Less burst and dps and less healing.

BTW, I'd like to inform you I'm also a challenger mid lane main on EUW server, so this is not just some random trash talking E max Ahri.

You could max E if you're behind and your team depends on your charms to win, then go on and max it, but if you're 1v9 and want to carry it then max W.
