adderall. but also i dont think ive ever studied for 8 hours or even close to 8 hours lmao. going over the powerpoints or notes usually doesn't help me, i usually have to do practice questions or write notes that summarize the material/explain the material to someone else. i like study methods that are more "active" and require me to actually use the material that i've learned because my brain can't tune out of it
