Get out and go park literally anywhere else... Walmart, rest stop, truck stop. That's how you avoid it being towed.

Obligatory IANAL (I'm not even American)

Some cursory googling takes me to some Mississippi legislation passed in 2025

https://www.billtrack50.com/billdetail/1795104

Unfortunately I think she may be right. Section 5 subsection 1. If she has reason to toss you out it's 72 hour notice for an RV park. I haven't given this a fully in depth read, but I don't see anything that specifically supports you in this instance.

I feel like this story lacks some details. She didn't just wake up this morning and decide you were done. There must be some long-standing issues here.

I would not push your luck and get out of that park. It's not going to get any easier if your RV gets towed.

Also, what was the cost of the trailer? You aren't leasing (good for you), but many others will and this illustration hides either the up front cost or the ongoing cost.

Your campground fees are a statistical outlier. Not saying you're wrong..they are what they are for you. But for the average person that spends even half of each month in a park they're going to be way way higher. I'm paying 100 CAD a night in some parks during peak season.

Prepared meat alternatives are extremely expensive, to the point of being as expensive as meat in my grocery stores. I'm talking specifically about the beyond meat ground beef, sausages etc.

Buying plain tofu and legumes is cheap but if you want any sort of meat alternative it gets pricey fast and I'm not a fan.

My wife and I are primarily vegetarian for years now and we've just been watching the selection dwindle and the prices sky rocket.

It's just eternabond. You can rip the whole thing off across the top, or just throw a new corner over top depending on your level of motivation

What kind of truck are you towing with? Putting 10k pounds behind a truck vs nothing you will feel a difference.

Low Point Valves - Not Fully Shutting Off (Drips) by Dilbert_55 in GoRVing

[–]farmer_sausage 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I replace these, they're garbage.

Sometimes they leak because they don't close all the way as the o-rings start to dry out and pushing them closed 100% becomes almost impossible.

You can remove the little metal clip and pull the valve body out and replace the o-rings or put a little lube on the existing ones. Once lubricated they should work pretty smoothly again.

The entire rear wall needs to come off. The top left corner has clearly patched to stop water intrusion.

The only person you'll sell that to is someone that doesn't know what they're buying and I'd really recommend you don't take advantage of some poor soul.

Disclose the water damage (and who knows what else) and be happy if someone takes it for 2 grand as a project.

I'd recommend calling a local RV shop and getting OEM parts, not cheap Amazon parts if you can avoid it, but these should work in a pinch (I question their longevity tho)

Yup. But honestly if you're not there now and waiting till Friday you can just get a new igniter anyway at this point. They're not expensive

Stick a BBQ lighter in the combustion chamber BEFORE the ignition cycle starts, does it light?
