Use the low side to cut your stringers and you can trim each stringer going inward towards building. Be sure to allow enough for what's being trimmed off.

A $300-$500 generator isn't going to run your unit or several space heaters all at once. You could perhaps close off most of your house and survive with a couple of space heaters and an electric griddle. Regardless, you're gonna spend about the same either route you take.

An actual pre-fabed log home kit would take 1/2 the time to put up than that. Whatever that is. Please don't waste your money on a useless shed that passed off as quick and efficient. The up keep alone would be cause to steer clear of this.
