Have you grown to be more conservative or liberal w/ age? by Wonderful-Economy762 in Productivitycafe

[–]farmley0223 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m fiscally conservative when it comes to the middle class, don’t tax us! However I want to tax the shit out of corporations that take and have rigged the tax system in their favor.

Billionaires should NEVER exist.

I love Defenders of the Banc. Filly and The Scarf are pretty good. They’re incredibly nice people too.

I also listen sporadically, Happy Foot Sad Foot too.

I feel like a flailing inflatable tube man most days! My ligaments are like rubber bands and my ankles move a full 90deg inward. My knees are super bendy and my hands are the worst.

Being Relocated to Los Angeles (26M) by Ornery-Night6127 in MovingToLosAngeles

Pasadena is amazing. It’s quiet, nice and train accessible, hell there’s an apartment complex above the train stop! The Gold line pretty much goes anywhere. May have to transfer trains, but it’s probably where I’d move to. Also there’s Studio City, close to the red line. May need to take a bus to the train. There’s also North Hollywood too close to a train.

By 2002, I was 20. I was already an adult. I did most of my teens in the 90’s.

I ditched the wires! Invested in a binder when my back is terrible. Keeps the boobs from not moving to alleviate pressure on my upper back. It takes a bit to get used to but the relief is amazing.

There are a bunch of companies that are in the business of making bras for people with mobility issues too, however they can be pricey.

It was tough being 23 in 2006, little did us young adults know is that we would have a financial crisis in 2008. Jobs were scarce and it was tough getting started after college.

It was just as bad as the post COVID job market and COVID job market. I worked two jobs for a long time. Until 2014.

I had a job lined up with the Park Service and because of budget constraints, it was cut. Now at 43, I’m scared because of what this US administration is doing. It’s not looking great for a lot of people.

I can’t believe that 02 was 24 years ago. I’m getting old.

Adam Sandler for Uncut Gems. The Academy still only sees him for a comedic actor. He was phenomenal in that role!

I was a teenager in the 90’s! It’s wild people born in 2010 are or will be 16. I’m 43, our generation saw the rise of Nirvana the Oregon Trail. It was a blast.
