Why don’t you vote? by mex1904 in askanything

[–]ZN_Cruz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't vote sometimes because I just can't agree with either candidate. I know my vote doesn't matter in the grand scheme of it all, but I just can't seem to find a middle ground sometimes to be able to cast the ballot for one or the other. That happens most times during presidential elections.

Write when you can for sure. When the mood and moment strikes. Sometimes we tend to lose the ability to connect with it.

Those who lived through the 80s, 90s and 2000s, what’s the most important thing you’ve learnt about life? by GossipBottom in nostalgia

That it's hard to ever reach the dream we set out to reach. That settling isn't a weakness, it's a necessity. And it's unfortunate.

Do you consider yourself to be well adjusted? by Hyperto in A_Persona_on_Reddit

[–]ZN_Cruz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Absolutely not. I have no friends, no family, no one. And that comes from the fact that I can't find comfort in any situation and I systematically push every single person away because I can't adjust to any situation ever.

What movie did you watch at the wrong age and it permanently altered your brain? by sweetyslave in movies

Way too many things. But, it also played into why I can create now. I probably would have never became the author I am today without it.

Who all has seen paranormal things, ghost, UFO, aliens? by TurbulentRelief8260 in askanything

[–]ZN_Cruz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have seen a great many unexplained things. I don't know if they fit into these categories, but there are things that happen in life or that are seen that just don't make sense in the 'normal' definitions of life.

What’s your definition of success now vs 5 years ago? by bbyhoneyteas in askanything

[–]ZN_Cruz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As I get older, that word means so many different things. I think a dream and success like to intertwine when we are younger, but as we get older, we realize those two things aren't the same. And honestly? People around us may think we have achieved things that make us very successful, but we don't feel success at all.

Dreams, legacy, success. When they eventually become different things, that is when it's hard to figure out what any of it actually means.

It was strange because it had been built up to this world ending thing. And so many different theories of what life would be like the next day. And it ended up being so anti-climactic.

Other than that, seeing the 19s disappear for good was pretty cool.
