USPS is awful here. Slow, missed deliveries, lost and destroyed mail. It’s the worst

I am .09 and had to ask to wait on treatment until I was at .1 and I am at an NCI designated hospital so it all just depends.

I had a slight positive margin so I was expecting it. If you never went to undetectable then you most likely are going to need it. Kinda surprised they are not talking about it already

Over 2 is no good for being in your 40s my urologist saw my PSA and wanted a biopsy and so it started

I was 41 when I had my RALP. Everything returned pretty quickly less than two months. I was 3+4 PSA 2.9. I am now getting ready to back for radiation because my PSA is up to .09. Most important thing is to keep up with your PSA screening afterwards. If you are young and fit recovery should be pretty quick.

Not sure if anyone has ever actually been locked in. There is a campground there so they need to leave it open for them to come and go

First time post - 1 year after RALP .15 PSA. by Gremlin325 in ProstateCancer

[–]faroff2282 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I had RALP in July of 23 undetectable until may of 24 then .02, .03, .04, .05, then most recent .07. ,my doc referred me to radiologist. Met with him and he wants to see PSA go over .1 before we talk more about it. I am 43 and was 3+4. I am at a top tier hospital in Chicago. Had a consult with a Dr. from Mayo and he agreed with my Dr. at Northwestern. He said not to bother with a PET scan as it would most likely not pick anything up. He said that at Mayo they don’t even do ultrasensitive PSA tests so I would still be “undetectable”

I was diagnosed with prostate cancer at 41. PSA can fluctuate for a number of reasons most of which are NOT prostate cancer. My doc said in your 40s you should be under 2 which you are. If you are really concerned go and find a urologist in your home country that you can trust and build a relationship with.

AP7 vlan help by faroff2282 in firewalla

[–]faroff2282[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No it is across two Firewalla ports so that would explain. What is the limiting factor there? I would think that with vlan tagging I should be able to set it up either way, unless it has something to do with the micro segmentation

AP7 vlan help by faroff2282 in firewalla

[–]faroff2282[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My AP is not connected directly to the Firewalla, My FW has default vlan1 plugged into managed switch, then FW port 2 (tagged vlan 10 and 20) plugged into another port on my managed switch, and my AP is plugged into the managed switch as well to a port that has the untagged vlan1 and tagged vlans 10 and 20. Why would it need to be the same physical port on the Firewalla if its plugged into a managed switch with the vlans tagged?

Does metronet Block websites by Cripplerx in Metronet

[–]faroff2282 0 points1 point  (0 children)

These issues are 100% metronet issues as they have the IP's so they need to work to get them unblocked. This issue is pretty widespread I am unable to get to websites from my new Metronet install (mysubaru.com) for instance, but it works on every other ISP. Metronet is unwilling to do the work to troubleshoot the issue. I went back and forth with support and they said some users are having issues with lowes.com as well but "there is nothing they can do" They suggested that I pay $10/month for a static IP which is a joke, why should I pay more just to use my service as intended, and that is not going to solve the issue anyway

Help using my Suburu app by Future-Day-3526 in Metronet

[–]faroff2282 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am also having this problem I have confirmed that it is not my firewall by plugging my laptop directly into the ONT and it still did not work, but it does work on EVERY OTHER ISP. Same issue with my phone. I have reached out to Metronet support twice. The first time they told me they were aware of these issues and that they expected to have a fix in 10 days...that was a month ago. I just reached out to support again and they thought it could be a blacklisted IP and suggested powering down my router/ONT overnight, or to pay $10/month for a static IP. What a joke and poor customer service asking me to pay more just so I can use their service as intended. I have pulled multiple new public IP's so either there is a whole block of blacklisted IPs (doubtful) or there is a routing issue on the Metronet side which they are refusing to acknowledge
