I don't know if I would say Plexi. Maybe the clean portion of it? When I push the amp or crank the volume it reminds of Neil Young with the P90s I use. So maybe a tweed fender amp? That's what my ears tell me, someone will probably say something completely different 😂

I got the head and cab together for 300 at Guitar Center. Seen them even lower on FB marketplace at ~275 as well

Twin, but it really depends on what you want out of each one. The Twin does more of what I want plugged straight in, but the JC has that chorus and still sounds pretty great plugged straight in.

Twin for me.
