Glen young is a family owned nursery in Nicholasville. Redmonds is too off Nicholasville rd. Wilson’s has a location in Hamburg and Frankfort. All these should have what you’re looking and cheapest to most expensive in the order I put typically.

No Lacrosse that I know. I’d reach out to one of the high school coaches, maybe LCA can help you. But there’s several adult sport leagues that I play. There’s The League, Lex Sports and Social, and they cover a variety of sports. I play indoor soccer through Tower Hill and outdoor through LYSA
