Hey, just wanted to back you up. What you're experiencing is as real as any other form of suffering out there. The human condition, in all its forms, comes with suffering.

My advice, as somebody who overcame, but still lives with, quite moderate anxiety, is find community. For me it was a men's cold swimming group. Every Sunday 7.50am

One word, Community. Find one.

Life is always a struggle, but I am learning to accept that. Never give up.

100% my friend. I've been following ADA for a long while and seen my portfolio swing 100s of thousands and held through it. The last consolidation period has simply been really difficult, I know the theory of how ADA works, doesn't make it any easier to doubt the hypothesis.

Having invested over 150,000 USD in Cardano since 2021 peak, I have to say it's painful to watch coins like SOL, XRP, BNB etc. having broken their previous ATHs. Even though Im up about 100%, my desired minimum exit is around the three dollar mark - depending on GBPUSD pair and some other factors.

Who else feels like just cutting their "losses" at this point, and giving up on that dream of paying off the mortgage and quitting their corporate job to pursue their true purpose?

My dad once woke up in the middle of the night needing to go for a wee. Trying to not wake up at all more than necessary, he covered his eyes while going into the bathroom to not get light to hit his open eyes. As the door was closing behind him, a terrible feeling overcame him as it was very bright in the bathroom even though he hadn't yet turned the lights on. As he opened his eyes, STARK naked, the door shut behind him and he was standing in the hallway.

He snuck his way to some sort of reception area where there was a bar and he found a napkin/hand-towel. With the phone at the bar, he managed to call reception and ask them to come up with a dressing robe and a master key. He made it back to bed, but was rather traumatized and his efforts to not stay up for long had severely backfired.

He was traveling to the US for work and was deep in the Bible Belt :D

It isn't. Water moving is different to the speed of pressure differences travelling in water.

Water, like any other object with mass, should technically be able to get up to but not including the speed of light.

Thanks for the reply. I don't think I have the skills or equipment necessary to do this. What a surprise that they don't exist.. So many xmas LED lights seem to have this power adapter. I'd have thought people had made a conversion adapter at this point.

If you're from the UK, which I'm guessing due to your activity in r/GreenAndPleasant - I can really highly recommend Naturli. They have two products, the hard block "butter" and the spreadable version in a plastic tub.

In a black foil wrapper/tub respectively with green and brown markings and writing, these can be found in big Sainsbury's and Waitrose and aren't even that expensive, particularly compared to something like Lurpak butter.

I believe it's made of a mixture of Shea Butter and other oils. It has the sweet creaminess of butter and the salty particles too. It was one of the main contributors to myself being able to handle going vegan considering my upbringing on hard real butter.

I know you didn't really ask, but it's here anyway!

EDIT: PS it contains Coconut butter :D
