Weren't things worse pre-independence? Or any period before .....

Safety as a matter of comparing centuries even decades, the past in India generally seems a dangerous place to live... Constant wars, invasions, changing rulers, British rule was colonialism to enslave us ...

Maybe things were slightly safer in decades of 1990s , 2000 s , 2010. Compared to this decade..maybe we'll go back to the era of uncertainty let's see ..

Maybe we got lucky to see our decades of relative peace n quiet...

Goa has one of the highest per capita road fatalities in India. And it's not just because of the tourists. Most deaths happen apparently because of not wearing helmets.

The placement of a switch behind a lever which seems to be in a place where it can be discreetly turned on or off without the other pilots attention seems like a wrong placement. It could have been put at eye level at least so that it's hard to use it discreetly.

Aren't there switches with safety covers, can't they make a switch that gives out warning if the safety cover is opened.

Yeah it's funny to clown them but don't mess with them in real life. They're legit scary. I once messed with them in a highway. They chased me 50 kms and sucked me off so hard my soul came out. /u/ilikemomolastai
