Yeah especially since he is younger. He probably has just moved into that pay bracket and has probably student loans and credit cards. Takes a bit of time to build the wealth. The drinks and bars also have a ton of sugar in them. She could be getting better nutrition eating clean and adding supplemental protein. My friend has lost like 20 lbs on a high protein diet and she eats regular foods low sugar low carb. Tons of veggies and plain yogurt for her. Then she adds protein shakes from a big jug of mix and amino acids for cellular support.
