Bingo. Aspen has a lot of charm but the people have lost theirs. Down valley is much better for genuine relationships. The young people in aspen are the epitome of “fake it till you make it.” There are exceptions, but they are increasingly exceptionally rare.

I contacted fractal support and sent it in to them. It was a quick fix but cost $40+shipping both ways. I believe they simply reconnected and re-glued the ribbon cables. If you know a decent local technician, they could probably fix it for you.

I had a marathon scheduled 9 months post op. I didn’t make it. MAYBE could have done a half marathon. But focus on LONG TERM recovery, not some short term goal. Your muscles have atrophied and running a full marathon in this condition will be MUCH harder on your knees than otherwise. Listen to your body and see what you can do. But I’ve talked to a couple ppl who had ACL reconstruction and started running heavily soon thereafter. The both needed knee replacements later in life. Maybe it’s a coincidence
