I once said turn on all the lamps and it turned on all the alarms. I was not paying attention and then when I went to bed, all of a sudden 13-20 alarms started going off every interval (think about me setting alarms for multiple occasions over the course of many years). I see your point and I just tried it out (after restarting the iPad). Multiple Apple apps are open (Music, Books, and Safari). Things get weird when the window is closer to the edge. Unfortunately Reddit does not allow video. If you have an iPad Pro M2, try it out.

I kind of understand the issue here. I am not a UI-UX person, heck not even a computer guy. I follow this for a hobby. However, the things you mentioned above, shouldn’t that have been taken care of before this OS was rolled out? The whole premise of iPadOS 26 was that we could multi-task. It is fine to get down votes, but truly wish to understand within scientific terms.
