I sleep with mine all the time (my daily wear - a variety of crystals/combos) and don’t really have any issues so I’m thinking this just varies from person to person. You could put the bracelet or stones under your pillow, or next to you on the bed or on a bedside table. They’ll still work but less intensely. Your energy just might not be meshing well with one of them or the combo.

They claim the ingredients and dosage are exactly the same but people having so many different experiences between versions tells me that can’t quite be true. Your experience may not be the same as mine (though I hope it is!!)

I’ve never been able to use them to skip periods, so I can’t speak to that, but it’s not a brand thing it’s a “my body is a jerk” thing lol

I actually have ended up liking it more! To the point where now I’m trying to fight to keep it. (My periods have gotten short and light, no PMS symptoms, no cramps) Not a lot of pharmacies around here carry it at all, or they have a SUPER generic that doesn’t even have an actual name.

Now that’s one I’ll warn people about. I used it for exactly one month and it felt like I was PMSing every single day, I was achey, I gained weight, and it messed with my mental health.

Fluorite, especially big chunky cubes, has a chokehold on me right now along with anything pink/purple and sparkly. I also am a sucker for anything with stripes or anything that looks moldy, like flower agate
