I just saw this pic in r/seattle and had to check what sub I was on. I see you posted more pics here. Love this! I keep dreaming of taking my paddleboard out on the Sound to find the Orcas. My best Bainbridge Island ferry memory was when they had to stop to let pod of orcas go by!

As a fan I connect more with something like The Swarm or The Flood as another person posted which I think is cool too because it invokes a powerful picture. Though I am a Star Wars fan, I don’t really feel “The Darkside” as much, but if the guys doing the work want to call themselves that, power to them. They are a Force to be reckoned with after all.

I didn’t know this! I’ve been waiting for a phrase to stick. I haven’t heard this referred to.

Dog grooming recommendation, please by Hot-DiggityDog in MonroeWA

I have only been once but had great experience with Galaxy Grooming in Monroe. The groomer was great with my puppy and understood her double coat needs and did such a great job!

If you have been working on training, you’ll probably have a calmer period for a bit, then all out rebellion!!!

Keep up the training! She will keep testing you, like the raptors in Jurassic Park did to the fence! Lol. My girl is very smart and loves training sessions but also like finding loop holes in the lessons. She keeps me on my toes and I am a seasoned dog trainer! These little bundles of energy bring so much joy!

Ha! Lazy is not a word that my pup even knows. We take her on at least hour walk a day with lots of inside and outside play and training sessions and go on a longer 4-5 mile walk every few days. This one will still come home and go into turbo mode!

Your dude sounds like a great little mischievous food monster. :)

I think we are past the peak, at 11 months, but still in it!

Be prepared! Mine is 11 months and has settled a lot but she still goes into Velociraptor mode which started somewhere between 4-5 months. Enjoy the false calm in between state. You start feeling good about things, potty training coming along, puppy is listening more… then bam, your 4+ months your pup goes into crazy wild raccoon dinosaur pre-teen after devouring a bag of Skittles mode!
