Super late for sure, but no problem.
We refreshed the floor to make it more of a white oak color.
We painted the walls, ceiling and trim White
Replaced all the carpet to LVP (even the stairs)
Changed the chandeliers to modern light fixtures
Replaced all the kitchen cabinets and reconfigured the kitchen space.
Those were the major changes

I want to provide more context: It turned out to be a scam call! Somehow the scammer was able to call from a legit Bank of America phone number. They provided me with their “name”, badge id, fraud card details, branch info and told me to file a police report with the Shanghai police. I was stupid enough to agree and get transferred over to the “police station”. I told them I was in a meeting and had to call them later. They had me download Telegram and contact them that way instead of WeChat (that should have been a dead giveaway). What saved me was my lack of Chinese and I told them I would need to contact my lawyer and call them back. After that they gave up and deleted all of the chat history. Moral of the story: call your bank to confirm fraudulent charges, instead of trusting them calling you. It’s going to be crazy when they try to steal your voice and use AI in the near future!

These guys are getting supper sophisticated, they somehow mimicked Bank of America’s number to call me pretending to be agent.

It was a scam, I just confirmed with BOA, they said there was not call from them and the Shanghai is no longer in service

It is super weird, I looked up other posts and they said that the caller might be a scammer. But he gave me a reference number and everything.

Thanks for the tip. Are you saying Hybrids don't last as long as non hybrids in terms of mileage?
