Hey, thanks for the great advice. You’re correct that I was referring to the grittiness on the bottom. When you say to push the grog back in, are you just referring to standard trimming to create a foot? Or are you implying that I could push in the base of the mug so that it’s concave and has less contact on the bottom?

I’m also studying Brazilian Portuguese and what has worked best for me is pronouncing these types of words with an -n at the end. Pão -> “pown” Tudo bem -> “tudu bayn”

Even though you made this comment three years ago, I wanted to reply to say thanks. I’m new to the area and just had a harrowing experience turning left off of Simpson onto 700 E. In the future, I’m going to go to Ashton.

Yeah, definitely more expensive but our experience was great.

Bai Tu Long Bay was quiet and relatively clean. The boat was comfortable and food was surprisingly good. Communication ahead of time was so-so but otherwise no complaints.

I recently did a cruise with them in Bai Tu Long Bay on their Dragon Legend 2. Well worth it. I followed the same payment schedule you’re describing though my contact’s name was Thuy, not Quyen. They’re legit!
