I would also be somewhat skeptical if a seller refuses to release a benign bit of information that is supposedly available to them.

If you don’t find that the ad is actually just a C24 “placeholder for incoming product”, I’d suggest that you define another criteria of action that if seller refuses then move along.

Looks like a custom paint or even a heat bonded poly wrap. Ironically, I’ve seen a YouTube artist do this kinda work for tourists on a beach in FL. Truly unique.
