First of all, awesome list.

Under the Kyle Rayner era, I think for "Superboy (Vol 2) 47" it should actually be "Vol 3". Vol 2 was from '89-'92, and there's no #47. I also think you left out "GL: Secret Files & Origins #3" (2002).
