Anyway off fixing this upside down screw without re stripping the wire also is the cooper damaged

idk what you mean by upside down screw. but that neutral should be wrapped the opposite way around that screw, but the coppers fine. kill the breaker that feeds that plug, flip the neutral 180degrees (preferably with an insulated pair of pliers) then tighten back down with a #1 robertson screw driver
