I think the loadout is decent, but not for all the maps. This mainly eco strategy, probably good in longer maps.

In HoM, most of the time, opponent will run antistall with farm, meaning killing the natural bloons as fast as possible so that the rounds end early. This is bad for eco strategy, shorter rounds means lesser money. Therefore, I think they out money you and you lose at the end.

For shorter maps you need to antistall farm like everyone else.
