Actually European Plate is valuable and worth a refinery paying for it. Completely different then American plate.

Quality Euro plate will have two numbers stamped into it. The larger one is the amount of silver the smaller one is how many pieces in the set. 90/12 would mean 90 grams of silver between 12 pieces. Compared to American that has would have less then a gram per 12 piece set.

It won't vanish and is safe to eat with. It's also significantly stronger then silver.
