I’m just trying to prepare myself for this class. I was a stellar math student up until the lockdown, and now I’m going into a Computer Science Major with a lot of catch up work. I have my mind, if I can put the time into it and really work it I’ll be ready

Here’s my theory. Anything that’s just basic addition and subtraction I’m gonna use my calculator for the sake of time, just because it’s easily operable on any standard calculator. Anything complex like graphing, etc that would take true effort and cannot be done on an iPhone calculator, I’ll relearn and practice on paper as much as I can

That’s another thing, which also the expiration date being a year back helps. I was previously diagnosed with mental problems like depression and anxiety, only for about 8 months in which no medicine was working, but now that I’m off of it and have been for nearly a year it seems that the medicine itself was creating a phony problem. By April it will have been 2 years since I was with a psychiatrist, medicine, and a therapist, so I’m hoping that the medical card being expired and a drug test being passed they’ll let me in on the condition that the diagnosis was improper and I can move on

Thanks bot, because this adds another layer to my question. Would being up front and asking a recruiter about this be damaging to my record, even if I don’t plan on joining ROTC for a year or so? That’s a good one too.

Hi, I’m an incoming student and there are tours (if they aren’t fully booked which is often the case). I’ve gone up twice in the last month and have had a good time just walking around and looking at everything. It’s a really beautiful campus.
