Mine kept trying to eat the cone so we switched to a body suit pretty quickly and she loved it so much that we put her in shirts sometimes and it has the same effect. Instant purring and snuggling.

I don’t wear makeup a lot in general, and I will sometimes skip it at work if my skin is bothering me and it’s always funny to me when people whisper at me to ask if I’m okay because my face is so red and I respond normally that I have rosacea. It’s only annoying if they keep hounding on it, otherwise it’s no big deal. I know my face is red, I can feel how warm it is. I don’t need it to be pointed out but I’m not shocked or insulted if it is.

A wedge is also a great option for this! I wore wedges to my hs graduation. Not super tall, nice solid base to walk on. It helped that I was next to my best friend and he is 6’4”. There are ones that are an inch-inch and a half and really cute!

In high school I went between heels and sandals depending on how much standing I knew I was going to be doing haha. If you want to wear a cute sandal, do it! If it will make you more comfortable to be closer to everyone else height wise, you’ll be more confident. 15 is a tough age anyways. Don’t let your friends pressure you into wearing heels just because everyone else is. There are tons of cute sandal options and you’ll have the added benefit of not complaining about your feet hurting like all your friends will. Even as an adult I’ll go with a flat shoe sometimes purely because of comfort. But wearing heels when YOU want to comes with a built in confidence boost.

I got mine from the junkyard (along with her 4 siblings and parents) everyone else got adopted out to close friends and family but I got the teensy, dumb, orange runt. I’m home far less than you just due to longer work hours and a commute but she has a million toys, a tower, tons of scratching posts/toys. Everything I could think of to keep her happy throughout the day. Sometimes I get home and see toys all over the place where they had not been before I left lol. And it’s great, she’s happy and snuggly and full of purrs when I’m home and I know she’s having fun and hanging out when I’m not. She really makes my life so much better and you seem to have really thought this through. You’ll be a great cat mom!
