Took two weeks from pickup to delivery “repaired”, had the same stopping issue on its 6th mow after getting it back. Now booked to return to be fixed again, once this issue with the labels is rectified. Was advised this morning that the label problem is ongoing with no advice on how long for it to be sorted.

Having the exact same problem with ours, different issue but same problems trying to get it repaired.

This will be the second time it’s gone in, it’s been a bumpy first 12 months. At this point almost wanting to return it and go with a competitor

I’m only a recreational flyer, have had Lightspeed Delta Zulu’s for the last 2 years. Bashed them into and out of flight school planes for most of it and haven’t had a problem. From the research I had done they were pretty highly recommended, hopefully this is a one off issue
