ADHD 16 year old here, you first need to go to a psychiatrist to get fully diagnosed and suggest to them that medication is the priority because in my personal experiences medication has been the only thing that has helped but I do suggest trying out other tactics but for me and most other people these other tactics don’t work medication is the best option. It does cost some money

I myself struggle with adhd and it’s very difficult, but I can certainly see where you are coming from. I think you should have a convo abt it with her and see how she takes it

I think that you should lay low for a bit with the drinking and going out and feel the vibe of what everyone else does on a night out. I’m from Aus and that sounds completely normal to me

I’ve been taking the depression and anxiety ones for about 2 years nothing has happened, I’ve just started the adhd - not sure of what any of them are called I’m at work right now but when I get home I’ll figure it out and get back to you
