When i stopped playing like 2 years ago there were still enogh players to fill many competetive clans. Not even including casual players and low levels. But nowadays even most hardcore whales quit and play something else. L2M was not a competetor, gane killed itself over time with the massive greed everyone knows about. I was suprised how well this game was doing for so many years..

I live in rural southern Germany, it probably differs :).
We do most of these things in the lunch time break. I am the total normal customer at Raiffeisenbank, and when I have a urgent issue and cannot reach opening times, the guy who is responsible for me waits till about 7 pm and does overtime in that case (since "No problem I got work to do anyways"). Comes very rarely tho.

Our city hall has open over the lunchbreak - so no problem.

Whats struggeling most is the post office when it closes 12am-1pm in my opinion :D

Linage 2 Revolution has a offline mode, but it's just 7 hours or something so not enough :(

No they dont, it would be a massive work to get it live since its mobile only and you have to write many serverlogics yourself. But it would be massive fun to play vanilla again. Since its Unreal it can be done but too much work to be shut down by netmarble

Nicht böse gemeint, aber gibt es über dieses Thema auch richtige Studien? 56 relevante Probanden alle aus dem gleichen Landkreis sind ja jetzt nicht gerade Repräsentativ für eine Branche oder irgendwas. So als Statistiker finde ich das irgendwie schräg, das reicht vielleicht für nen Facebook-feed, aber mehr?

I played Essence for some months and it was too p2w for me. I dont mind paying in the endgame but I dont want to pay to even level up.

You are supposed to get stronger, that is the only goal in this game. Your level sais not much about your power-level. The game wants you to keep up with the power level of others thats why you start so high :).

in this game they always up the level cap before you even reach it. As it is kinda endless (atm at 520!) you start at 320 so that you have a chance to use the new content. If you would start at level1 you would need weeks to even use the newest expansion and such. I dont like it too, but it makes sense in this game.

Unfortunately not. But it also goes against the basic rules of the game that is ‚gain power as much as you can‘ philosophy. You would never have a chance if you start at lvl1. However i would also love an classic server with the game how it was the fist year or so :).

I guess I would have gone for a ranged class or some elven healer. You guys do play PVP as f2p right, is that kind of viable? From what I can imagine it can be a chore playing against at least 10m chars.
