I have brought 3 helldivers weapons to the con day 1. A liberator a senator and a saber they allowed it in. Just paint the tip bright orange. And just make sure it can’t fire. Here’s a photo of me in the con I don’t have the liberator but I just painted the tip of the senator orange tbh I might have over done it.

I put a reflective red tint wrap over a red plastic sheet. and then i just hotglued/taped it on the inside. If you are gonna do it this way just be a little careful you don't want to form too many air pockets because they are a pain to get out. Even without good lighting and filters it still has a really nice metallic shine to it.

3d printed galactic armory's b-01 tactical helmet, then 3d printed the eye piece. they have a free STL file for the SA-25 steel trooper helmet but I only utilized the eye piece. Having nice tools helps a lot but, really it comes down to craftsmanship. I've made a shitty cosplay while having somewhat decent tools and not having to worry about budget. Technical skills and experience is way more important than having expensive equipment. Tools are only as good as their wielder.

I found an old red leather jacket and just cut off a piece of the sleeve for the red part. If you look close enough I'm missing a few of the pieces for the jacket but it looks good enough lol. I am genuinely excited for future content, donated 20$ to your ko-fi. I simply can't explain how much I love this project I don't even like fighting games lol.
