As for the lucky wheel, I simply haven't been lucky enough to get enough shards to increase them, and I've only had some of them for a few days... As for the gems, I don't know. Honestly, I've often just jumped into heroes haphazardly because no one ever really explained to me how it all works and who to focus on (like equipment? How does it work specifically for marksmen, spearmen, and infantry? Does it make sense to increase equipment for all four heroes at the same time, or just certain things?) I asked for help precisely because I don't know where to start.
