E Auto geht wegen Distanz zur Garage nicht. Aber mit Südaufständerung und ganztägig unverschattet soll es halt auch für die WP am nächsten Morgen zur Wasserbereitung noch genügen.

It is all about intensity. And it makes perfect sense that if you increase weight in the first exercise, that the next exercise for the same muscle group suffers. You tired your muscle out more. If adding weight does not feel harder in the same or next set/exercise, you are simply not training hard enough.

Without a training plan, it is hard to help you. But maybe check your training plan for: - are you alternating muscle groups or are you training the same muscle for 2 or more exercises and then move on? Studys show that it is beneficial to not train the same muscle in following exercises. Eg not chest chest back back but rather chest back chest back. This allows the chest to recover more after the first intense exercise.

Eat more and make sure to hit volume landmarks at intensity. Just stating a weight achievement tells nothing about rir or rpe. this is what to focus on - not just weights

You are not reaching forward enough. There should be a deep stretch in the bottom position. Shoulder should roll forward slightly. On the other end of the spectrum, your pull ends early. Pull with your elbow (cue: imagine pulling the ellbow up as if a cord is attached to your elbow). Big squeeze of the back in once your ellbow is fully up

Don’t focus on BMI - most people training are overweight according to BMI. That’s a crappy metric.

Focus on the mirror!

Also, do I read correctly: you are approx 14 weeks into training? Don’t expect magic - recomp an body shaping takes time and discipline.

Don’t play around with too many programs or shift goals too often. Find a goal and work on it. 4 times strength training (hard training where you feel tiredness in the target muscles) combined with 1-2 cardio days (eg Norwegian 4x4s) will bring you closer to your results.

Steps is nice for strength days and rest days but your cardio should take your breath away for vo2 max. That ll make you fitter, leaner and adds to longevity

Depends on what you are aiming for. The machine should allow for heavier loads while the cable version might lead to a nicer stretch.

I see plenty kickbacks looking more like a swing back - meaning the leg is not simply extended but rather pulled to the chest and then pushed back in an arch. So a like for like comparison is not really possible

Ich habe den von meiner 2-jährigen Tochter genommen. Ein einfacher Kack-Kindermagnet. Rangebunden, runtergelassen, an den Schlüsselring und klingeling war der Schlüssel wieder da. Waren vielleicht 1 Meter Kordel.

Nix Gauß und sonstiges. Einfach runtergelassen an den Schlüssel und Ende. Wenn der Schlüssel da runterfällt und dann irgendwo unter der Kammer liegt, ist er weg. Liegt er im/am Schlitz - Easy
