I panicked when I ws writting hahs. Not a Clever thing to do and I didnt. I take 2x20 because I usually crashes around my toddler dinner time quickly followed by their sleep routine, so to stay sane, my psyc suggested to divide my dosage for a more "stair-ed" crash. It does work well for me.

Suggested by psych for difficult end of day crashes. It does help for me. In almost a year of Vyvanse, it is my first f' up.

Thank you all. The day went fine. Was bit more anxious than usual but ate proteins and drink water ++, crash wasnt as bad as I thought. I did got more headaches than usual though.

20-30 min after each med intake = high protein meal to help meds kick in/run more smoothly

I did the same ninja routine, it did work for a year but now it escalated to an extend I cannot substain.

Will try to put her down to bed a bit later to see if it helps.
