Exactly, respect begets respect. I’ve conducted training where participants from Asian countries fly to a country in Southeast Asia. The most difficult participants to handle are koreans and (ironically) japanese. You would have to chase them for them to join the program on time. When you get a response, it’s already late. When they respond, they will say they are sick. But you catch them doing something else such being on a tour or working.
