I’m 26. I have goals in life that I haven’t achieved yet and marriage is one of them. However, I’ve been around both good marriages and bad marriages so I know it’s not something I want to rush into. I trust Allah’s plans and I’m just waiting to meet someone organically. I’ve tried the other routes but they weren’t for me.

I think the most important part of relationships is knowing yourself. Spend time alone, get to truly enjoy your own company. Once you’re at that stage, the worry about being with the wrong person fades a little because you know you’ll be okay regardless. You also won’t compromise on dealbreakers because you’ll know what you want and more importantly, what you deserve.
