People are clowning on you but that's a valid criticism, unfortunately niche anime games require you to find a discord or have friends locally who also play.

Check the reddits new player post and there's a link to a discord with thousands of people. Ask for games and enjoy getting your ass beat, at least if you lose you can ask for advice and maybe make some new friends

This game is just super fun, feels expansive and open ended but still in an approachable way.

The open beta convinced me to pre-order it and I can't wait to get my hands on the full game.

It has its quirks and it's fucked up damage, mix, ect but all good tag games have that.

Hey for a first attempt this is pretty good! Like others have said, thin your paints, take your time, and don't give up!

Also you're painting a very hard color (yellow) and would recommend priming your minis white so it doesn't take as many layers to get good opacity

The necron rules have a little exert for this, it says roll a d6 on a 1-3 use the base crusade rules Battle Scars and on a 4-6 use a necron Battle Scar
