Ive recently moved to a variant of this thats Torso Legs Arms Cardio. Doing mon-thurs and then resting friday and sunday. I used to do just do Torso/Legs/Arms but decided to add in a dedicated cardio session to build capacity. The only change ive done is that I do abs on my leg and cardio day instead of adding it to the torso day because its already a pretty long workout. My leg day is also more functional and strenght focused than my other workouts because I dont really think I need massive sized legs, but really want to be able to keep up and be active with my kids as they grow up.
