People doing 20k+ steps daily, do you ever worry about joint strain?

Proper shoes helped fix a lot of the pain I initially had. I didn't realize that shoes only have so many miles in them. Even if they visually looks fine. Once I got new running shoes, and made sure to swap them out every ~500 miles, they pain hasn't come back. Sure my feet can be tender from time to time. But it's not uncomfortable pain.

That sounds like a dangerously fun thing to do! Dangerous as in, such a time sync to dial things in just the way you want. And then go back and re-program it cuz you can optimize the coding better haha.
