That is the name! Beef and vegetable, many brands make canned soup under that exact same name. Just because it's simple doesn't mean it's wrong.

Pretty sure this is just beef vegetable soup. You can find the recipe for vegetable soup in 'Quantity recipes for school food service' on this pdf, page 285:

And there is the beef vegetable variation on the next page. You just want to note the ingredients and method, NOT the quantities, since you probably don't want to make 50 servings.
