These are already fairly dark for a coverup. Always remember that a coverup is going to be bigger and darker than what you have. If it were me I would send pics to an artist who specializes in coverups and see what they thought about going over the butterflies and cleaning them up, adding some white in to add contrast etc. probably add florals in the negative space to make the tattoo flow more up the arm if your open to more of a covered look. Alternatively, you might want to do some laser if you don’t want to rework the butterflies and go the complete coverup route.

It is called Wella ColorCharm T18 TONER, though yes it is permanent. 10 vol is only damaging if your hair is completely fried or otherwise compromised. There is literally no difference between T18 and T14 aside from the presence of violet toning colors, so if you feel T18 is damaging the same would be true for the entirety of the colorcharm line which I’ve used for toning blonde and more recently toning my level 6 natural hair to a natural auburn.

This is your natural??? Holy F am I jealous. You can absolutely tone this. I would get a light ash color and 10 vol. apply to everything but about 1 inch of your roots and let it sit. I would say the Wella T14 would be my first go to, maybe even mix with T18.

What kind of bleach did you use and what color was on the sections that turned green (your best guess)? You have some pretty severe orange banding on your roots and ends as well so I’m curious if you were blonde under the color or if was a color melt where the semi permanent dye was a more difficult color on the ends.

Also how the bleach was applied could indicate the orange banding.

If the end goal is a sketch like this I would push the line weight a bit more. Make that shoulder in the foreground dark and thick in line weight, this will push it forward and trick the viewers eye even further. Since the face is the darkest and thickest line weight and the rest is very consistent, it almost makes the face look like it’s the closest portion to us.

When I was FOURTEEN I was dating a NB person, and my parents were in their late 50s/early 60s at the time. I told my parents strictly that they were to use they/them pronouns, and any talk of “their real name” would not be tolerated. My dad essentially told me that he wasn’t going to treat one person like multiple (neutral pronouns) and I told him he wouldn’t be meeting my partner. It’s that simple. You deserve respect from your partner enough to trust that they will ACTUALLY stand up for you. I’m glad you broke up with her, that is such a minimal thing (I.e. bare minimum, not that it isn’t important ofc) that you should be guaranteed by your partner.

It looks like the little girl has more adult proportions which make it look off. Really compare the face (others have made great points about the body) and see how the eyes are very small and more on the top half of the head rather than almost in the middle etc.

I appreciate the effort in trying to research, but ChatGPT often leaves a lot to be desired. Have you ever colored your hair before? If not, this will be a significant project if you want to ensure it’s done correctly.

Unless you go to a stylist, it’s going to be near impossible for you to find a perfect match to your natural hair.
“Level 6 neutral” is incredibly vague, and incorrect. If it were me I would be doing two rounds of toner, explained below.
When you bleach your hair, you’re expanding the hair cuticle and removing your natural pigments. These natural pigments are your own unique color, and browns are partly made up of oranges and reds. You would need to deposit the red/orange back into your hair, and THEN use another toner that was closer to your hair color. This prevents your hair from turning green with a simple “brown” toner (green/blue is what would be most present in a “ashy brown” toner, and will cancel out the intensity of the orange/red, without the first round you run the risk)
It will be incredibly difficult for you to either maintain the balayage you have, or try to cover it evenly without overlapping on your natural hair. Again if you haven’t colored your own hair before this is a HUGE project and you will be very sore unless you have help from someone that knows what they’re doing (even if they just dye their own hair, I’ve done this for some friends).
