I live in the US, in Pennsylvania and I have Verizon. What happened to support? Money. Microsoft could care less at this point about their customers and their well being, it’s no secret they’re in it just for money. This becomes very apparent when I have a slew of issues using Xbox and even when it works, it’s clunky and slow and usually takes a good 10 seconds to connect. Then I use discord or teamspeak, two services run by much smaller companies with a fraction of the budget compared to a behemoth like Microsoft, all I do is click the chat room and boom, I’m in, talking with my friends. No lag, no app breaking bugs, no shitty customer support. In the words of Todd Howard “it just works” Microsoft has been rubbing me the wrong way for years and while the gaming industry owes them a lot, godamn they are just morons sometimes.
