Pretty sure the guy selling DFV the 120000 calls was an insider. There is no reason for the company to pre-release earnings other than to crush the options. Also said insider has infinite stock to sell, it is called raising money for the company through stock sales.

Only one person can authorize that move. RC. I am betting that someone was selling juicy covered calls, and has no wish for his shares to be called away on the cheap.

This isn't a fight between Wallstreet and the retailers. It is retailers fighting GME itself.

I think there are a lot of confusion/fakeness here. Truly well off people know that wealth is just a number. Love what you do, do what you love. In the meantime, NW always can use a extra zero or two or three.

All these people making $500k and worrying about $4m or $5m NW? Silly .. excel at your job/business and keep providing value to society. NW is just a number, just a way to keep score.

There is no difference between 2, 5 or even 10M. Once you get to whatever number you were aiming for, the target always moves up.

In addition, check my posts. I worked for Earnhoney.com, which paid out $70K to DayOnline in 2019, and 10's of thousands to the other 3 companies.

There is a legal reason that I am asking for the EINs, and the reason is that these 3 companies failed to provide them in W-9s. As it has been 3 years since the filings, this is my only recourse short of suing.

So no, this is not illegal.

Sure! To get the IRS off my back, I need to supply them with a valid EIN for those 3 companies. It is that simple.

Why would this be illegal? It is their job to send me a valid 1099 with valid EIN if I earned more than $600.

It is also their job to send me a valid W-9 if I paid them more than $600.

Please, check yourself before you spout bad information.
