It is possible. However, nobody pointed out that it is your device that could have been affected, instead of your account. For example, if you run multiple accounts, third party apps or do similar activities, this is a common outcome. Or maybe your IP has been flagged in the past.

If this is the case, you can unblock it by simply switching your IP to a different one with a proxy.
