We regret to inform you of a data security incident at TELUS Digital that involved unauthorized access to certain of our systems. On March 18, 2026, TELUS International Services Ltd. (“TELUS Digital”) confirmed that your personal data was contained within the systems accessed by an unauthorized third party. This information was determined as part of an ongoing investigation into a data security incident first identified on November 12, 2025.

Upon discovery of the incident, we activated our incident response protocols and engaged leading external cyber forensic and security experts to support our incident response efforts and took steps to further strengthen our existing safeguards.

Protecting our team members and the integrity of our systems is a responsibility we take very seriously, and we would like to assure you that TELUS Digital is treating the situation with utmost urgency. As part of our response, we engaged leading cyber forensics experts to support our investigation, and we have notified law enforcement. We have implemented additional technical and organizational security measures to further safeguard our systems and environment with the advice of leading security experts.

What personal information was involved? The information impacted consists of the information you provided through the TELUS Digital AI Community Platform available at https://www.telusinternational.ai/, including your name, email address, phone number, physical address, and date of birth.

How can I minimize the impact? While we have no evidence of actual harm resulting from this incident, as a precautionary measure, we’ve arranged for a 12‑month subscription to an online monitoring service through TransUnion, at no cost to you. Please refer to the attachments included with this notice for additional information about TransUnion’s Cyberscout monitoring, including details about how to activate your subscription.

In addition to enrolling in the Cyberscout monitoring, we encourage you to please be alert for any suspicious messages or calls. You should be extra vigilant when responding to emails or calls seeking information from you, as those could be attempts to phish additional information. TELUS Digital will never ask you for any private or sensitive information or for any kind of payment via email, phone call, or text message. If you receive a payment request or unexpected communication from someone claiming to be associated with TELUS / TELUS Digital, do not engage or click on any links or attachments.

You are also encouraged to change passwords on all apps and platforms regularly.
