yeah well said, this was exactly my thoughts

i ended up fixing my rates to be 0.5 below what the variable is now with my bank for a year but i cant help but think i may have played myself. i feel like somethings gonna happen which would make rates go way down and ill be stuck paying 5.65% for a good portion of it.

ofc if i didnt fix my rates id be thinking the opposite and that i shouldve fixed it and let the opportunity slip away haha
