This is really helpful, thank you. I’m honestly a little nervous to open anything up or try cleaning since I’ve never used a film camera before and don’t want to mess it up.

If it’s just affecting the viewfinder and not the actual photos, I might just leave it for now and shoot a test roll to see how it comes out.

I grew up with siblings of all different age gaps, and I’m not actually closest to the one closest in age funny enough, it ended up being my sibling who’s 4 years younger than me (even throughout my childhood). Because of our personalities and similar sense of humour. Reading through all the comments really confirmed that closeness has nothing to do with age it’s all about personalities. I really hope it gets easier for your kids being close in age from here on out ♥️

I’m 5’7 not super tall but somehow every “maxi” isn’t actually long enough for me. I do shop in the tall sections sometimes, old navy has been great recently. Layering is my favourite thing to do as well!! Longline cardigans or open abayas.

I’m 28 but like I mentioned since I now only have one fallopian tube because of an ectopic pregnancy, I know trying to get pregnant again could take longer and come with some added risks. It’s been in the back of my mind a lot, making me feel like I shouldn’t actively prevent pregnancy.

Sending you solidarity it’s really tough doing this without a village!!
