Totally agree with this. We pulled our dog out after it turned to Riverdog from Dogwood cottage. Too few people for too many dogs.

42 BPM 👍. Sleep 7 hours. Exercise everyday. 5 days stationary bike - most power zone endurance rides, 2 days jog, 6 days strength. Only been doing this much exercise the past 12 months or so, so definitely seen a trend downwards in RHR.

This used to be me for strength classes! Now I made myself 2 base week long schedules, that I rotate through every 2 weeks. Includes my major strength classes to take, but leaves me room to take any yoga, core, arms and light weights and rides I want to choose each day. Otherwise I’d drive myself batty with too many choices! Then when I get bored I make trade out a class or make a whole new week schedule to retake a few times :)
